As a grandparent of an autistic child, I know how important it is to build confidence and skills for autistic children. My granddaughter Illa is on the spectrum, and she began cooking at age 3 and has fallen in love with it. It has helped her blossom and made her more independent. That is why I started this nonprofit so all children on the spectrum can learn these skills and ultimately live independently.
